Koroseal in Louisville, KY is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support accounts payable, vendor statement reconciliations, and related administrative tasks. The role reports to the Plant Controller and requires collaboration across teams to ensure accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities include managing the AP inbox, processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with year-end activities. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred, but not required.
• Strong general accounting and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office products.

Responsabilités

• Manage AP email inbox and respond to inquiries or escalate as needed.
• Process invoices and perform vendor statement reconciliation.
• Match invoices with receiving documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and year-end preparations.
• Support stock adjustments and inventory-related tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and reporting.
