Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, support audits, and provide general administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger and Accounts Payable processing.
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounts payable invoice approvals and process invoices for timely payment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review, identify, and correct irregularities in transactions.
• Assist accounting team with reconciliation and minor accounting tasks.
• Communicate with auditors as necessary.
• Maintain an efficient, organized records system for AP tasks.
• Uphold confidentiality of documentation and data.
• Provide general office support as needed.
