Qualifications

• Two years of professional or non-professional accounting experience.
• Two years of experience working in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with accounting coursework can substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices timely and accurately for purchases and leases via FLAIR and Ariba on Demand.
• Approve daily P-Card charges and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor encumbrances and maintain audit trails.
