Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Manage automated and manual AP workflows and support process improvements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate vendor account setup and maintenance with Shared Services.
• Support emergency payment requests and maintain AP documentation and records.
