Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices for accuracy.
• Code and enter invoices into system in accordance with internal policies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments via check or ACH.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Balance and reconcile AP activity against external accountant’s records (Jan–May) and ensure tie-outs for the remainder of the year.
