Standard Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Milwaukee, WI to support financial operations through accurate processing of invoices and remittances.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and help maintain strong relationships and cash flow. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 2–4 years in accounting; proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter supplier invoices accurately.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders.
• Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies promptly.
• Process supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with month-end close activities for Accounts Payable.
• Provide excellent service to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
