Responsibilities

• Hold the line on capitalization policy across every finance project.
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Track grant funding, restricted accounts, and compliance reporting.
• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning.
• Pair Audit Sampling forecasting with a learning-obsessed review of the downside case.
• Close the books each month and ensure accuracy across all entries.
