Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking an accounting professional to join our Atlanta office in a full-time role. You will handle overhead invoices, reconcile AP with the general ledger, and respond to vendor inquiries while ensuring expenses comply with policy.

Key duties include processing weekly payment runs and collaborating with the Accounting team and Project Managers. A high school diploma and 0–2 years of accounting experience are required, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience.
• Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, verifying, and processing overhead invoices from vendors and suppliers throughout the month.
• Reconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Work with vendors and industry partners to resolve billing discrepancies, assist with compliance, and provide payment status inquiries.
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented.
• Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting team.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project Managers.
• Processing weekly payment runs.
