Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of accounts payable transactions, including recording and clearing vendor data.
• Preparation of reports from Microsoft Dynamics AX on bookings, capital, and A/P.
• Processing weekly ACH, check and wire payments; reconciling vendor statements and credit card invoices.
