Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare and report on AP activities and bookings.
• Process weekly payments (ACH, checks, wires) and vendor communications.
• Reconcile vendor statements and credit card invoices.
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed.
