Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Code invoices for General Ledger accounts.
• Enter accounts payable invoices.
• Generate accounts payable checks.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable Aging to Trial Balance monthly.
• Create Purchase Orders from material requests.
• Reconcile Purchase Clearing Report to Trial Balance monthly.
• Assist accountants with various requests.
