Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains files, scans and files digital copies.
• Processes and codes up to 150 invoices daily.
• Works with vendors to verify statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborates with construction and maintenance teams for verification and approval.
• Follows up with internal approvers on due invoices.
• Assists with department-level process improvements.
• Provides quality customer service to all departments.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
