Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Support Specialist to help keep day-to-day AP operations running smoothly by supporting invoice processing and document management activities.

Your day-to-day will include reviewing and verifying supplier invoices for accuracy, processing invoices, scanning AP documents, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining records to ensure timely processing. This is a fixed-term role for 12-15 weeks.

Qualifications

• Prior accounts payable or office support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Good communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• SAP experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• SAP experience is a plus, but not required
