Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• 1-2 years of accounting experience; SAP knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides financial status information by preparing special reports and projects
• Secures financial information by backups and confidentiality
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures and complying with legal requirements
• Updates job knowledge by education opportunities and reading publications
• Updates accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Assists with reviewing expenses and payroll records as assigned
• Assists senior accountants in monthly/yearly closings
• Prepares and submits weekly/monthly reports
• Approves and processes expense PO with proper G/L coding
• Resolves vendor price/quantity issues and ensures payments within terms
• Maintains vendor relations and reconciles vendor statements
• Runs reports related to A/P and performs full cycle A/P reconciliation
• Inter-company A/P & A/R reconciliation
• Provides PwC reports and supports audits
