Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a shared services AP environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and complex functions.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and ability to recommend improvements.
• Experience with Infor M3 is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices with proper coding, approvals, and workflow.
• Provide guidance and support to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Participate in month-end closing and reconcile AP transactions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in coordination with the accounting team.
