You will perform data entry, verify purchases, reconcile statements, and maintain clear vendor communication to ensure accurate and timely payments. An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required, with strong MS Office and accounting software skills.

• Strong data entry and research skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Scanning, indexing, sorting, and data entry of supplier invoices.
• Verifying receipt of purchases and month-end close support.
• Maintain communication with vendors to ensure prompt payment and resolve questions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
