Job summary

BICO Drilling Tools, Inc. is looking for an A/R Coordinator in Houston to manage vendor invoices, payments, and client billing with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality across payables and receivables. You will support the finance team and ensure timely financial operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years' experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics are a plus, with opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues independently.
• Understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Strong work ethic and confidentiality commitment.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly, matching with POs and receipts.
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and maintain vendor records.
• Execute electronic payments and checks on schedule and generate/send client invoices.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments, addressing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales team to handle client billing inquiries.
• Monitor aged payables and follow up on overdue accounts.
