Responsibilities

• Review, process, and payout travel expense reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal and external vendor accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations for AP general ledger accounts.
• Maintain bookkeeping for vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, journal entries, and related schedules.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
