Job summary

Marmon Holdings is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support daily AP operations, perform three-way matching, and process invoices across multiple plants. You’ll maintain vendor records, respond to inquiries, and assist in month-end close while leveraging AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP, experience with QAD/Nimbello, and strong Excel skills. This on-site role in Fort Worth, TX offers an hourly wage and opportunities to optimize processes

Qualifications

2+ years of AP or general accounting experience.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (QAD/SAP/Oracle).
Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Process three-way matches of POs, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies.
Process non-PO invoices, verify GL/cost codes, and route for approval.
Enter and post invoices and credit memos in QAD accurately and timely.
Reconcile GRNI balances and vendor statements; research aged receipts.
Assist with ACH, check, and wire payments respecting controls.
Maintain vendor master records including W-9s and banking changes.
