The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will work as a member of the Financial Services Division to support a high-volume Accounts Payable Department. In this position, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for accurate audit and timely processing of employee expense reports using Oracle Fusion and the Truist Bank Platform.

The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will work as a member of the Financial Services Division to support a high-volume Accounts Payable Department. In this position, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for accurate audit and timely processing of employee expense reports using Oracle Fusion and the Truist Bank Platform.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, build, foster and maintain relationships by phone, email and or in person, and apply great attention to detail while processing data to ensure accurate information is captured in organization records. We are looking for a team player that is able to work independently and according to departmental and organizational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Training employees on how to navigate the expense reimbursement process (via Oracle and Corporate Card)
- Thorough audit of employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Address employee expense related concerns
- Assist with audit requests and special projects as required
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
