Job summary

CID Design Group, a Naples, Florida-based interior design firm, seeks an Accounts Payable/Finance Support professional to join our finance team. This role focuses on processing invoices, check runs, vendor setups, and monthly reconciliations in a collaborative studio environment.

The ideal candidate has an accounting background (AA/BA) and proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks, and Excel, with a strong eye for detail and organization. On-site position in Naples, FL with competitive benefits.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office, QuickBooks, Excel.
• Very strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, communication.
• Highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Process, enter + file all accounts payable (invoices, expense reports, credit cards).
• Process weekly check runs.
• Maintain vendor profiles (terms, discounts, tax id, etc.).
• Reconcile vendor accounts monthly via statements and related transactions.
• Issue annual vendor 1099’s.
• Assist office admin as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Support the finance department in processing all accounts payable related transactions. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices. This position is based in our Naples, Florida studio.

What You'll Do

• Process, enter + file all accounts payable (invoices, expense reports, credit cards)
• Process weekly check runs
• Maintain vendor profiles (terms, discounts, tax id, etc.)
• Reconcile vendor accounts monthly via statements and related transactions
• Issue annual vendor 1099’s
• Assist office admin as needed
• All other duties as assigned
