C & B Operations, LLC has grown over 35 years to include thirty-eight John Deere dealerships in six states. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Field Support Office in Sioux Falls, SD to accurately enter invoices, assist with the weekly check run, and reconcile statements.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain data integrity across multiple software programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and expense reports.
• Ensure invoices are matched with outgoing checks.
• Maintain accurate electronically stored data.
• Check for duplicate invoices and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with additional projects as needed and other duties within accounts payable.

C & B Operations, LLC has grown over 35 years to include thirty-eight John Deere dealerships in six states. We have an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Field Support Office in Sioux Falls, SD. This individual will be responsible for accurately entering invoices, assisting with the weekly check run, and reconciliation of statements. This is a hands-on role within a multi-location, fast-paced, growing organization that offers competitive compensation and benefits. The position is focused on accounts payable-related processes to ensure the accurate processing of vendor bills and related payments.

Requirements:
