Job summary

Alfa Laval in Richmond, VA seeks a Hybrid Accounts Payable Specialist to process high-volume invoices, perform three-way matching, and reconcile vendor statements in a Shared Services setting. You’ll resolve PO/invoice discrepancies and provide excellent internal/external service, with ERP experience and strong attention to detail.

About The Job

As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly. In this fast-paced position, you'll collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, solve payment and invoice challenges, leverage technology to improve processes, and make a direct impact on financial operations. Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in Richmond, VA.

As a Part Of The Team, You Will

• High volume invoice processing on an accurate and timely basis.

What You Know

You have a High School diploma and:

• 3+ years’ experience (preferred) and proficiency in an automated AP environment.
• Experience working in a Shared Services environment.
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems (3 or more).
• Associates in Accounting (preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
