Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an inventory/warehouse associate in Houston to manage receiving, stocking, and shipping activities. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate ERP records daily.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in warehousing, proficiency with ERP systems, MS Word/Excel/Outlook, and a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. This role is on-site in Houston with competitive benefits.

• Enter transactions into the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate and contribute to improvement efforts through status boards meetings.

About The Job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the care and handling of all inventory items, including transactions, cycle counts, product shipments, and receipts. You will have the opportunity to manage shipping and receiving responsibilities, ensuring inventory accuracy and contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is on-site opportunity located in Houston.

What You Know

You have a high school education or equivalent (G.E.D.) with relevant experience, and:

• You demonstrate a strong customer focus, agility, and a continuous learning ability. You possess excellent organization and time management skills, enabling you to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, along with a dependable nature to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
