Job summary

A growing Phoenix-based company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will manage supplier invoices and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with accounting policies. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in accounts payable and familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with on-site responsibilities Monday to Thursday and the opportunity to work from home on Fridays, alongside competitive compensation and discretionary bonuses.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Hybrid: Onsite Monday‑Thursday, Work from Home Friday
• Salary: $60k - $65k

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
