Job summary

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in Scottsdale, AZ to hire an Accounting Administrator for a fully onsite role. The position offers up to $75,000 annually and is an excellent fit for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on role and joining a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include full-cycle bookkeeping, vendor invoices, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close, with GAAP compliance. Qualifications prefer Associate degree and experience with QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping and GAAP.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
