Job summary

Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG), headquartered in New Jersey, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accurate payment processing, compliance, and strong financial operations. This full-time role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and requires two+ years in AP and proficiency with SAP Concur.

Responsibilities include vendor communication, high-volume data entry, invoice coding, and reconciliations within the GL framework. Competitive benefits and pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP Concur required (Expense, Invoice & Admin).
• Associate degree in Accounting or Business – related field.
• 2+ years Accounts Payable/ Accounting-related field.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
• Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles/practices.
• Experience with accounting software a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized— prioritizes work activities and time efficiently.
• Detail oriented – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness to ensure work quality.
• Strong initiative and ability to problem solve.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Coordination

• Work with corporate and field operations groups for AP documentation and approval

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

• Base: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
