Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Our client is amedia company. They seek an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scanned items exceptions and identify root causes of discrepancies
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice issues
• Maintain vendor records, gain approvals, and ensure compliance with policies
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with month-end close activities and corporate card reconciliations
• Support audit and reporting requirements by maintaining accurate documentation
• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth invoice-to-pay processes
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
• Effectively support a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Understanding of invoice lifecycle, 3-way match, etc.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortably working with ERP systems and invoice workflow platforms
• Skilled in Excel skills (Vlookups, filters, pivot tables)
