Job summary

Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in a hybrid role. You will process invoices, perform 3-way matching, and ensure timely, accurate payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts payable (healthcare experience preferred), excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of accounts payable experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and AP processes.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests with accuracy.
• Perform 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records.
• Support monthly close processes and assist with reporting and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build strong professional relationships.
• Provide audit support and documentation as needed.
