Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in Construction accounting preferred.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; equivalent AP experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Issue and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Process invoices in a timely manner.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors and Project Managers.
• Maintain vendor records in COINS ERP.
• Ensure expense reports are completed on time.
• Assist AP Manager and Controller as assigned.

This position is full-time, on-site position in Knoxville, Tennessee.**Military Veterans encouraged to apply!****Your Pay:** $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
