Socket.dev is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in our Finance team to manage AP coding, invoice review, and month-end activities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate works independently, meets deadlines, and applies solid accounting principles.
You will review vendor invoices, ensure proper GL coding, create suppliers, and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers. Proficiency in MS Office and NetSuite is a plus; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Travel: Require 1% or less
Under the direction of corporate controller, completes accounts payable functions including accounts payable coding / entry, invoice review, along with month end activities for multiple locations. Demonstrates ability to work independently while meeting expected deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without compromising their attention to detail or accuracy.

High School Diploma required.
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable accounting experience.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. NetSuite experience a plus.
