Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Auburn Hills, MI.

You will maintain both electronic and paper files, process supplier invoices, and ensure accurate data entry into our business systems and spreadsheets. Key duties include three-way matching, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving payment discrepancies while communicating clearly with suppliers to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree or enrollment in Finance or Business preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficient with Windows applications including Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with scheduling and executing disbursements via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Ability to manage payment schedules per supplier agreements.

Job Description Essential Job Functions:

• Maintains electronic and paper files in area of responsibility, i.e. accounts receivable, accounts payable, or payroll.
• Gathers, assembles, and reviews all required documents and records.
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing and data entry into business system software and spreadsheets.
• Runs reports as requested and on a regular basis to identify problems, delinquent accounts, adjustments needed, etc.
• Process supplier invoices and perform three-way matching (matching invoices, purchase orders, and receivers).
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and effective supplier communication.

Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma.
• Degree or attending school to obtain a degree in Finance or Business.
• Demonstrated competence in personal computer Windows applications including: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of commonly used business concepts, practices, and procedures is preferred.
• Must have experience with scheduling and executing outgoing disbursements via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Ability to manage payment schedules according to supplier agreements.
