Freeman, Mathis & Gary Law in Atlanta is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to enhance their Accounts Payable team. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, making it ideal for detail-oriented problem solvers who thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle complex coding of invoices: billable, non-billable, multi-locations.
• Investigate and resolve issues associated with invoice processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper entry and coding into the financial system.
• Work with vendors to resolve past-due invoices and credits.
• Prepare batch check runs.
