Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Atlanta is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to join a dynamic, collaborative team. You will receive, verify, and process overhead invoices, reconcile AP with the general ledger, and assist with vendor inquiries and expense reports.

With 0–2 years of accounting experience and a High School Diploma, you will contribute to a culture that values integrity, initiative, and accuracy, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, verifying, and processing overhead invoices from vendors and suppliers throughout the month
• Reconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Work with vendors and industry partners to resolve billing discrepancies, assist with compliance, and provide payment status inquiries
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented.
• Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting team
• Develop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project Managers
• Processing weekly payment runs

A Day in the Life:

Necessary Qualifications:
