Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or 1 year of general accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts and practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process AP and accounting records accurately and timely.
• Research and resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues in writing and verbally.
• Respond promptly to supplier and internal inquiries with follow-up.
• Support account reconciliations.
• Use ERP systems to input data, generate reports, and support research.
• Support team goals, process improvements, and internal controls.
• Perform other accounting duties as required.
