Job summary

Logan Services, Inc. in Vandalia, OH, is seeking an Accounts Payable & Receiving Coordinator to join the Finance team. The role focuses on processing vendor invoices, receiving, and related financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating with Accounting, Logistics, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Receiving, or related role.
• Working knowledge of GL coding principles.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems; ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct a plus.
• Experience processing invoices, vendor statements, purchase orders, or inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure invoices are properly authorized and processed with managers and department leaders.
• Receive inventory into systems and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Verify receipts match invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain GL coding knowledge and communicate corrections as needed.
• Process daily deposits and coordinate with Finance for posting in Sage Intacct.
• Apply manufacturer rebates to customer accounts and ensure reimbursement.
• Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor warranty credits and vendor returns for accuracy.
• Conduct bi-weekly customer open Accounts Receivable audits.
• Manage vendor correspondence via phone and email.
• Coordinate NSF process to collect outstanding balances.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP and receiving processes.
