Job summary

Infraxis in Nampa, Idaho is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to provide day-to-day financial and administrative support to the accounting function. You will coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, manage vendor payments, client invoicing, collections follow-up, billing documentation, and related records to ensure accuracy and strong internal controls across the cash cycle.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AP and AR experience, working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in accounting with exposure to AP/AR.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to learn new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments, matching against POs and approvals.
• Generate client/project invoices per contracts and schedules.
• Monitors AR aging and follows up on outstanding balances.
• Assist month-end close and reconcile statements.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and ERP job setup in Acumatica.
