Camping World is seeking a Payables Receivables Associate to support our growing team. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable tasks, data entry, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have AR experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. This is a full-time on-site position based in Alabama, with a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• A/R experience is required.
• Bank reconciliation experience is required.
• Data entry and high accuracy are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is expected.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Stock in new inventory (note: from posting).
• Record General Ledger entries.
• Enter accounts receivable invoices.
• Make bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations.
• Issue internal invoices.
• Communicate with dealership personnel about inventory updates.
• Perform data entry tasks.
