Job summary

Power Systems Electric Corp. in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator for a full-time, in-office role. The position requires 5+ years of AP/AR experience and a hands-on approach to process optimization.

You will manage day-to-day AP/AR tasks, move toward digital workflows, and collaborate with management to set priorities. Strong Excel and Sage Intacct experience are preferred in a service-oriented environment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator with 5+ years of hands‑on AP/AR experience. Service‑industry experience is strongly preferred.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role within an established team. You’ll work with management who will establish priorities and provide guidance.

We’re also looking for someone who is software‑savvy and comfortable with technology. As we continue moving from manual processes to more digital and software‑driven workflows, you’ll play a hands‑on role in helping make that transition.
