The role requires 1–3 years billing experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software. You will assist with vendor relations and provide receptionist relief as needed,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years billing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse base.
• Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices by matching purchase orders and delivery tickets; reconcile to ensure pricing and quantities.
• Generate check runs after authorization from the Assistant Controller.
• Maintain document retention and timely scanning of invoices.
• Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies and payment status.
• Provide phone relief for receptionist duties as needed.
• Support special projects and general organizational tasks.
