Job summary

FOX Factory in the United States seeks a qualified Accounts Payable professional to manage full cycle AP in a multi-currency environment. You will code, review, and post invoices in Syteline ERP, and prepare weekly cheques and wire payments.

Responsibilities include exercising strong attention to detail, supporting audits, and assisting with month-end processes while ensuring accurate, timely payments and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a multi-company, multi-currency environment.
• ERP systems experience; SOX or internal controls a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3-way match invoice process
• Review invoices & employee expense reports for accuracy & obtain appropriate approvals prior to payment
• Code, enter and post invoices into Syteline ERP
• Prepare weekly cheques & bank wire payments
• Process online bank account transfers as required
• Support interim & annual internal & external audits
• Provide support with other duties including month end processes as assigned
