Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Macon, Georgia. On-site position with a pay rate of $23-25/hr, depending on experience. The role combines payroll, accounts payable, and timekeeping support.

You will process biweekly payroll for about 90 employees via PayDay, manage invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint, monitor timesheets, and ensure accurate and confidential payroll records. Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in payroll or accounting support preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounting support, or a related field.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple employees, preferable in a biweekly environment.
• Experience with payroll and accounting software required; PayDay and/or Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 90 employees through PayDay.
• Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and documentation; enter invoices and prepare payments.
• Reconcile credit card statements and vendor records; assist with reimbursements.
• Monitor weekly timesheet submission and posting through Deltek Vantagepoint; maintain payroll records.
