Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and approve invoices and vouchers for payment processing.
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks and electronic payments.
• Generate invoice deduction notices and other payment-related documentation as needed.
• Compile, maintain, and process payroll information for timely payroll administration.
• Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Analyze vendor accounts and assist in negotiating payment terms to support cash flow.
• Maintain accounts payable files and records in an organized manner.
• Print and distribute accounts payable reports as required.
• Prepare account analyses and financial schedules as requested.
• Gather and maintain financial data for accounting records and reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with audits by providing requested documentation.
