Job summary

Johnson City Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk for 8am-5pm in Johnson City, TN. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, PTO and employee discounts.

You will support the accounting team with vouchers, invoices, checks, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates have automotive accounting experience and are detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive accounting (accounts payable preferred).
• Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Strong track record of compiling and sorting documents (invoices, checks, etc.) and substantiating business transactions.
• Prior experience verifying and posting details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
• Background computing and recording charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, and freight charges.
