Job summary

Toyota of North Charlotte, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our growing accounting team in Huntersville, NC. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, customer-centric culture and a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate has automotive accounting experience and will prepare vouchers, invoices, checks and statements, verify postings, and organize supporting documents with meticulous detail.

Qualifications

• Automotive accounting experience preferred.
• Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports.
• Ability to compile and sort documents and substantiate business transactions.
• Experience verifying and posting details of business transactions.
• Background computing and recording charges, refunds, freight charges.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, and account statements.
• Post and verify transactions such as funds received and disbursed.
• Sort and substantiate business documents and records.
• Assist with financial reporting and records management.
