Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable end-to-end processes.
• Strong understanding of global AP principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to tailor to audience.
• Experience with SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current accounts payable processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Drive SLA/KPI improvements and design improvements with AP/Finance teams.
• Lead projects to evaluate AI tools and automate AP workflows.
• Build dashboards for real-time visibility into AP operations.
• Serve as the AP subject matter expert and liaison with internal teams and vendors.
• Own month-end close reports and calendars.
• Support audits and respond to documentation requests.
• Manage communications to suppliers during key initiatives.
