Netflix is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support our global Merchant Payments operations. This role will perform vendor payments and bank reconciliations, ensure accurate, timely processing, respond to inquiries, and help optimize payment workflows across multiple time zones.

Based in the Manila office and reporting to the Singapore Accounts Payable Manager, the ideal candidate has strong P2P system knowledge, can collaborate with technical teams, and lead initiatives to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with P2P accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and global payment operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform vendor payments and bank reconciliations in local time zones.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of payments and respond to inquiries.
• Review and resolve returns/payment queries.
• Support services within the Global AP payment service.
• Follow banking guidelines and ERP tools to ensure payment accuracy and quality.
• Provide payment verification while complying with SOX controls.
• Lead initiatives for supplier invoice payments, including H2H payment integration testing.
• Review and recommend banking and system tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support monthly billing closing activities.
