We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Operations Lead to support our Accounts Payable function. The AP Operations Lead will support our overall workflows and processes with a focus on operational efficiency, streamlined communication flow, and process improvements through exploration of new tools (i.e. AI technology) and automation workflows. The right candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of accounts payments systems and processes.
The primary responsibilities of the AP Operations Lead role will be:
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $120,000.00 - $200,000.00.
