The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting, with 4–8+ years in accounts payable, strong knowledge of AP principles, and expertise in Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4–8+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Deep knowledge of AP principles and regulations.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Review and approve invoices with proper coding.
• Manage vendor relationships and payment terms.
• Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records and documentation of AP activity.
• Improve AP processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance for accruals and month-end close.
• Support audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Coordinate with property management on tenant billing.
