Job summary

Energy Dome S.p.A. seeks a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to own day-to-day AP for US operations, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments. You will lead vendor management, 1099 reporting coordination, and AP aging control while partnering with the Controller and accounting team.

You will improve AP workflows, oversee the AP staff as needed, and support month-end close. A background with NetSuite and Ramp is preferred in a multi-entity manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with end-to-end processing.
• Strong AP controls, workflows, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Clear communication and vendor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice intake, coding, posting across US entities with accurate allocations.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving docs; resolve discrepancies with procurement.
• Prepare payment runs and cash requirement schedules.
• Own vendor onboarding and master data maintenance, including 1099 reporting coordination.
• Reconcile vendor statements, monitor AP aging, maintain records.
